What are the best activities for singles staying in Punta Cana, D.R. at the Iberostar Dominicana in October?
We are 8 single mid 20's males staying at the Iberostar Dominicana in early October (already booked, do not suggest another hotel or city) looking for the best activities and nightlife. What do you recommend?

    Ingredients
    250g pudding rice
    800ml-1 litre whole milk
    1 cinnamon stick
    100g caster sugar
    Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
    50ml double cream (optional)

    Method
    Put everything except the cream into a pan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until the rice is tender. Stir regularly.
    Add more milk if necessary. Stir in the cream, if using, and serve.

    - Saona Island ( day trip with boats) a blast!
    - Casa De Campo – Alto De Chavon – La Romana, also excellent !
    - Safari (full day) best way to discover the inland.
    - Boat trip (catamaran)
    Night Life
    - Disco of the hotel
    - Disco´s outside the resort.
    Anyway enjoy and discover it!

  • Like I told you before, there are several Hotels Iberostar, but generally they are great ( a bit to big)! Food, activities, disco for kids, disco for young people, it is just fantastic.
    Enjoy it and don't forget to discover the country!

    I love Mangu (pronounced mangoo)
    It's made with green plantain (those big babanas you don't eat raw).You boil them in water with a pinch of salt and mash them. Then in a skillet you fry some onions in oil and when it's almost ready add a dash of vinegar.Add to the mashed plantain.You mostly eat it with fried egg.
